The Rosery Affordable Housing Density Program The Rosery offers 44 apartments where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 120% AMI (Area Median Income) range. See exhibit below for suggested income limits based on household size:

To begin the application and to get on The Rosery waitlist, we ask that you present the following documents:
• Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
• 6 months of checking account statements, 1 month of savings account, 4 most recent consecutive pay statements
• Additional documents may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets
